Meet 8.30 at the Clubhouse and then 8.45 at Ainsdale.
About 65 miles via Red Rock, a nice steady climb up to Matchmoor Lane, around to Belmont village and up and over to the cafe ☕????????

Saturday 9:30 rides – Plough bus stop
Regular intermediate pace ride ride the cafe, average speed 15 – 17 mph distance about 30 miles plus.
New ‘Easy going ride’ – C group pace – average speed 10 -13 mph. Distance about 30 miles.
Mike Lloyd leading the easy going one just for this weekend, if the ride is successful hopefully someone can take it over in long term.
Route will be Merebrow, Croston via the metal bridge, North Lane, Ulnes Walton, Eccleston, Cedar Farm cafe. Return via Rufford.
