A rare ‘float’ night meant a good field of 29 starters, with 9 SCC riders, and it produced a crop of PB’s and season’s best rides.
Karl Addison was fastest with a 20.52, and could conceivably taken the SCC course record had he not been baulked by traffic at both roundabouts.

Next weeks event may have to be ‘pulled’ at the last minute if there is heavy traffic due to Southport Flower Show. Decision will have to be made on the night.
If it goes ahead, we will need at least 3 marshals on each roundabout for safety, and at the moment I have commitments from Ken Davis, Pete Leonard Bill Lloyd and Brian Leach – so 2 more volunteers needed.
