Club Kit Sales and Winter Kit Orders

A message from Howard Massam, Club Kit Secretary.

Winter club kit is due in late October/early November. I will be at the club the first Monday in the month for kit sales, from 7pm. A separate night will be arranged to pick up Winter kit orders.

Saturday 24th September – 8:30 Ride. Clubhouse 8 :30, Ainsdale 8:45, Ashurst to church, Parbold, Stoney Lane, Red Rocks, Rivington, Return route to be agreed at Cafe.

Inter – Club Hill Climb – SCC Hill Climb Championship

This event will take place on Sunday 2nd October with the first rider off at 11.30.am The venue is Ashurst climb.(Higher Lane, Beacon Lane, Mill Lane)

Signing on from 11.00.am.

Please not that riders under 12 years old are NOT allowed to compete.

Thursday 10 mile TT – 4th August CANCELLED – Updates for 11th August to come

The club 10 mile time trial scheduled for this Thursday 4th August is cancelled due to re-surfacing of parts of the course with tar and chippings.

Many thanks to the clubmates who volunteered their time for marshalling the two races which were a success.

The information provided below is intended to help riders select a ride most suited to their ability and needs.

If you have not ridden with us before and you’re not sure which ride is most suitable for you, just drop us an email or message us through our Facebook group and we will contact you for a chat (you can email us through the ‘Contact’ page of the website).

Coming to visit us at our Club House in Victoria Park Rotten Row in Southport on Mondays from 7:30 pm is also a great place to start - click here for location of our club house.
