Sadly Brian passed away early last year in Southport Hospital.
Whilst there the Queenscourt Hospice staff were able to provide technology enabling him to participate in zoom calls to his relatives as no visitors were permitted.
This was greatly appreciated by all concerned. A couple of Brian’s bikes were donated to the cycling club to be sold and the proceeds to go to the club.
After much discussion amongst the membership and his partner Sue it was decided to make a £500 donation to Queenscourt Hospice and the remainder to be used for refreshments on a memorial ride for club members which will be held on Sunday February 20th( a date close to his birthday).
