SUNDAY APRIL 29th: THREE RIDES TO THE VELO CAFE
In 2016 the club organised 3 rides to the Velo Cafe. We tried to repeat this in October 2017 but the weather beat us. So we’re trying again. The purpose is to have one Sunday ride that is accessible to all club members …. young/old, slow/fast, racer/social rider.
There will be a choice of 3 rides:
A steady ride at about 10/12 mph
A medium ride at about at about 14/15 mph
A quicker ride at about 17/18 mph
All of the rides will start from the club house at 9:00 o’clock, and then meet up again at the Velo Cafe at around 10:30.
It would be great to get as many riders out as possible and to flood the local roads with SCC jerseys….a good advertisement for the club and a rare chance for all club members to meet up on their bikes.
