An old favourite to loosen the legs. Meet clubhouse at 8:30, Plough 8:46. About 55 miles, flat apart from the ERR. Coffee at Cedar.
SATURDAY 9:30 RIDE. Plough bus stop, then Cedar Farm or nearby cafe.
SUNDAY: DOWNHILL COMPETITION.
Meet Blackgate Lane at 9:30 then ride out to Bleasdale for the competition. An ideal ride for the larger cyclist, and great fun for the rest.
