SATURDAY MAY 6th: THE EVER RISING ROAD
A 45/55 mile flat ride, apart from the climb up the Ever Rising Road.
Club House 8:30; Plough 8:45; Tarleton; Leyland; Eccleston; Cedar Farm. Optional return routes: (a) Short route via Burscough (b) For those who want to do a longer ride, return via Ashurst and Clieves Hill.

SUNDAY MAY 7th LANCASHIRE LANES SPORTIVE – 9-00 am

The fee is £20, with the proceeds going to the Clatterbridge Cancer Charity.
The ride is 78.8 miles and moderately hilly.

The ride starts on the Kirkby Industrial Estate: North Mersey Business Centre, Woodward Road, Knowsley, Merseyside, L33 7UY
I would suggest that those who are driving to the start aim to get there by 8:30 at the latest to allow time to register etc.
If anyone wants to make this a longer ride, a group will be leaving Ainsdale Police Station at 7:30 and riding out to the start. This option makes the ride over 100 miles.

BANK HOLIDAY MONDAY MAY 29th: THE ROMAN ROAD
A challenging ride with 5,000 ft of climbing over a distance of 86 miles.
Route: Club House at 8:30; Burscough, Ashurst, Skull House Lane, Red Rock, Belmont, Edgeworth, The Roman Road, Darwen, Tockholes, Brinscall, Mawdsley, Home.
Two stops: Rivington and Darwen or Tockholes.
