Results of last nights hastily re-arranged 10 mile TT. The planned 25 had to be cancelled because of severe traffic congestion on part of the course. A big vote of thanks to all who took part and made this test event on a possible new course happen. I’ve received a lot of feedback ( positive and negative) from both riders and marshals and this will be taken in to consideration before any new course is submitted to the DC for approval.
As this was a re-arranged event, and as a result a number of club members who would normally have ridden a 10 as opposed to a 25 were not able to take part, no points will be awarded for the event. However, members who took part will have the event credited to their required minimum number of rides to be considered for prizes in the points competition.
Next week’s event will be a 10 mile TT on the usual D10/18 course between Tarleton and Hutton
