Result of Evening 10 mile TT – Thursday 10th May

Despite doing a sub 22 minute ride, the provisional winner was subsequently disqualified for crossing the white line at the junction of North Rd and Carr House Lane. It is a safety issue, and we apply this rule strictly and without favour!

The good news is that four SCC members were faster than 24 minutes – and last years runaway points champ Martin Bailey was on marshalling duty.  Robbie Hurst was fastest SCC rider with a time of 22.50, beating new member Karl Addison by 2 seconds.

Nine SCC members took part last night, bringing the total of members riding the events so far to 24.

Thanks to all who took part and helped out.  Apologies to the member who marshalled at Bretherton R/A — I did not get your name.
