Many thanks for member’s support and patience on Monday night (25th of January) during our ‘new kit trying on and ordering’ event. In particular, thanks goes to Howard for organising the event, Richard for his help placing the orders and GSG for supplying the samples.
Howard will be at the clubhouse from 7pm on the next two Mondays with samples of the kit for members to try prior to ordering.
A £10 deposit will be required for each item you order. That will be payable at point of ordering.
Further Order Information
The intention is to get to a position where we can place an order on Tuesday 16th February. This would mean a delivery in about 8 weeks, i.e. mid April.
On that basis we will be taking orders for 7 items:

It is essential that members try the items they wish to buy for correct sizing – samples will be available on each Monday at the club room (i.e three Mondays) before the order date or by arrangement with the club kit secretary (contact details below).
Members will be required to pay £10.00 deposit for each item ordered at the time of ordering. This will be a non refundable payment with the balance required before collection of the items. Collection will be in person from the club room. The deposit will not be returned in the event of the item not being required / being the wrong size etc. once delivered.
We will place a further order later in the year when winter kit and wet weather gear may be available if there is a demand.

Following a meeting at DHW with Alan, Maddy and Dave Williams, regarding kit sample sizes, Alan from DHW said he would come down and discuss their range, bringing sizing samples and examples of their range. This has been arranged for Monday 25th January 7.00pm at the clubhouse. Members will be able to check their size and place orders.
1. Introduction and presentation by new kit supplier/GSG on the items available to order.
2. The opportunity to try on the kit for sizing before ordering.
3. Opportunity to order the new kit on the evening for first order.
