Calling all Ladies!
How do you fancy spending a couple of hours on a Sunday in the fresh air – exercising and socialising. Southport Cycling Cub are introducing a monthly WOMEN-ONLY ride (over 16s only) for both beginners and experienced riders. Current SCC female members are very welcome.
If you are not a member, you are very welcome to come along and have a try – experience the benefit of keeping fit in the fresh air and chatting as you do! Rides will be along quiet roads with experienced cyclists. Nobody is left behind – we start together and finish together.
We will meet at 9:30am on Rotten Row and give you the option of 2 rides – both will aim for the same café – one a shorter route of 10-20 miles; the second a longer route 30-40 miles. We will all be back home for lunch. All we ask is that you bring a roadworthy bike, some cash (for café), a spare inner tube and a smile!
Initial meeting at the SCC club house (Rotten Row, Southport, PR8 2BZ) Monday 4th March 7pm-8pm – have a coffee/tea and we’ll answer any queries! Rides (approx. shorter ride miles included out/return)
