Despite cold and damp conditions, and the risk of heavy traffic ( that never materialised) due to the British Masters Golf, 12 riders faced the starter, and some good times were recorded including a new Course Record of 20.49 by Scott Leverington of Springfield Financial RT, and at least one PB.
Only 4 SCC riders last night including a first outing of the season by Karl Addison. At least 3 regular riders helped out with marshalling or other duties.

We have 23 entries already, and word is getting out that we have a ‘quick’ course with quite a few PB’s already set.
In addition to the Timekeepers, will also need at least a dozen helpers and marshals to ensure the event runs smoothly.
