Results of last night’s event have been uploaded to the TT results page.
Only 26 riders last night, but a good showing from SCC with 9 riders including 3 ladies! Quite a few of the ‘usual suspects’ were missing. Conditions were warm and sunny, though far from ideal with a stiff NE breeze making the outward leg to Hutton particularly tough.
Pete Leonard was fastest SCC rider on the night with a 23.18, and Carole James recorded a creditable time of 30.10 in her first ever TT.
Apologies to Bill Sedgwick, there is a typo on the results sheet — he got 10 points – I’d just put it in the line above. It’s been entered on to the results master spreadsheet correctly.
Despite overall numbers riding our events being a bit down on last year, so far this season 26 club members have pinned numbers on their backs, including 5 ladies and 3 Juniors. The total number of SCC riders is up from 21 riders last year, with 7 riders not having ridden a TT beforehand.
Neil Langridge did a great job assisting Dave Ritchie with timekeeping at the finish.
