Yes, folks it’s this coming weekend.
A full field of 60 riders in the Men’s event at 9am, including I’m pleased to say 5 of our own club members Junior Conor McKinnon, Simon Deeley, Neil Wright, cyclo cross star Elliot Gough and the long haired clockbasher Martin Bailey (a formidable team methinks).
We have 35 entries in the Women’s Handicap event starting at high noon, with Dame Sarah Storey in the line up, along with our ‘own’ new member Dr.Sally Waterworth a champion in the Ironman triathlon event…
So, if you are free and willing to Marshall please contact me in the usual fashion, if not please come along on your bike and show support to your clubmates, they will appreciate any shouts of encouragement….
