Advance notice SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 4th Please can you be at the Cycling Club at 09-00 The Ben Gautrey Foundation people want to take a photo of our Juniors in the NEW KIT for their website. After the photo shoot there will be a ride for the under twelves to Croston stopping at Twin Lakes Velo Cafe for Free Coffee and cake. Riders needing more healthy eating I.E. Bacon /Sausage buns will need to pay for them at the counter.
The same morning Cycling Weekly magazine at will be at the CLUBROOM at 09-30 for a 10-00 start. They will be taking photos and interviewing riders for their RIDE WITH feature which they run every week in the magazine. The lady reporter will be riding with the group on a 40/50mile ride again the coffee stop will be at Twin Lakes Velo Cafe with free coffee and cake. Please arrive in new club kit. If you do not have new kit please contact Ken and you can borrow a jersey. The rides are ON even if its raining but will be shorter all members are welcome on the 40/50m ride. Next Sunday the 28th August the Bank Holiday, the Junior ride will be from the bus stop 09-30 as usual.
