A 52 mile ride as there is a longer ride to Scorton the following day. Club House 8:30; Ainsdale 8:45 police station; Aughton, Rainford, Orrell, Appley Bridge, Cedar Farm, Home. Mostly flat with 1700ft climbing in the middle.
