The NLTTA Combined Clubs ’25’ TT with the first rider setting off at 8.01am. We are using the L2528 course … A6-Nateby-St Michaels x2 . The event headquarters are at Kirtland Bridge Memorial Hall and will be open from 7am. Entries via Richard Cary only (use the Contact Form)

Ashurst Beacon Inter Club Hill-Climb TT Championship

The traditional jaunt up and down the Coast Road from the Birkdale roundabout to Pontins and return.

Signing on in the Club Room (and socialising) from 10.15.am. with the first rider off at 11.00.am. back to the club room for reflection on the event and announcement of the winner.

Club run to watch the Eddie Soens 50-mile circuit race at Aintree, this year featuring our very own Dan Salcedo.

NOTE: Need to leave the Plough at 8.30.am. and Ainsdale police station at 9.00.am. to get there in time to see the racing.

A group of SCC members numbering about 23 people are travelling to Mons to meet with members of the Dragons Audax club. The plan (for most) is to travel Hull to Zeebrugge overnight on Wednesday, ride to Mons on Thursday (150km), ride the event on Friday (210km), Saturday “free day” ( possibly visiting some famous climbs from the Classics), Sunday ride to Zeebrugge (150km) for the ferry and return home on Monday 4th May.

Fleet Moss 212km (132 miles)
A challenging ride through beautiful countryside including the Forest of Bowland and Upper Wharfedale. Climbs include the Trough of Bowland, Lamb & Tatham Fell, Dent & the infamous Fleet Moss. After Fleet Moss the route takes in Wharfedale, Kettlewell, Grassington, Gargrave and Bolton-by-Bowland, a final climb of Chaigley (Walker Fold) through Chipping and back to Claughton. Worth 3.25 Audax AAA climbing points.
